How can I search for properties on your website?

You can easily search for available properties on the available properties page. You can filter your results by various criteria such as property type (residential, commercial, industrial), location (Goregaon East or West), size, distance etc., price range, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and amenities (e.g., parking, swimming pool, gym).

Is registration required to search for properties?

No, you can browse and search for properties without registering. However, registering for an account allows you to save your favorite listings for reference later.

What are your charges / fees?

Our charges are as follows; For resale properties the charges/fees are 2% of the property value from the buyer and seller. For under construction properties there are no charges from the buyer. For rental properties the charges/fees are 1 month for 1year rental from the buyer & seller.

What does distance mean in your listing?

The distance is the approximate distance of the property from the railway station.

What is carpet area?

According to Section 2(k) of the RERA Act, 2016, "Carpet Area" means: "the net usable floor area of an apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under service shafts, exclusive balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace area, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the apartment." (RERA) has standardized this definition to bring transparency and protect the interests of homebuyers.

What if I can’t find a property that meets my requirements?

If you can't find a suitable property, we recommend using our "Post Your Requirement" feature. Provide details of your ideal property, and we will get in touch with you when matching properties become available.

How can I list my property for sale or rent on your website?

You can use the "Post Your Property" section on the website. Enter property details by selecting from the , and provide contact information. We recommend that you fill in all the details. You can sell or rent more effectively by doing that.

Is there a cost to list my property?

Yes. The charges for listing a property are Rs.2000.00 per property per person(owner,investor,user)for three months.Agent/Broker/Consultant are chargeble Rs.20000 for three years. Builder/Develper has to pay Rs.20000 for three months. Builder developer has to pay 200000 ,if they want to post as banner for three months. Please note that only verified accounts can post their property. You can verify by completing the signup process.

How do I verify my account?

You can complete the signup process. An OTP is sent to your email id for the same. Once verified, you will receive your login and password to post your property. You can change the password if you want to.

When can I see my listing posted?

We check every listing for completeness. Once this check is completed you should be able to see it. It will take a maximum of 3 business days to complete this process. You will also receive an email from us intimating you of the posting.

I am an Agent/Broker. Can I post an under construction property?

You need to be a "RERA registered agent/broker" to post an under construction property. You can only post resale properties if you are not a "RERA registered agent/broker".

How long will my property listing be active?

The duration of your listing will be 90 days. The start date is calculated from the date of actual posting. You will receive an email from us when your property is posted.

How can I edit my listing?

You can send an email to support@goregaonproperty.com with your edit. You can do so by using the edit request option in your account dashboard. Our team will make the edits. You will receive an update once the edit is done.

Do you guarantee leads if I post a property?

No. We do not guarantee leads if you post your property. We have no control on your property matching a buyers requirement.

What does "post requirements" mean?

Posting your requirements means letting us know the type of property you are looking to buy or rent. Instead of posting a property you own, you're listing what you need.

What information should I include in my property requirements?

Every property requirement is unique. Include complete details as asked for in the form. It will help us understand your needs better and find a relevant property for you faster.

What is “Any other notes” in your listing?

Use this feature to highlight something about your requirement which is not covered in the existing parameters. For e.g Need low maintenance or Need public transport nearby or I have pets etc. You could use it to communicate any unique need you may have.

What is a common mistake to avoid when posting requirements?

Being Unrealistic with Budget/Expectations. Study the market to ensure your budget is in line with the type of property and location you're seeking. Overly low budgets for prime areas will yield few results. You can always contact us if you need any information. We would love to answer your queries.

Is it free to post my requirements?

Yes. Currently there are no charges to post your requirement. You need to signup and verify your account before posting your requirement.
